Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and/or the item has been collected.

Exception — Serious Accident or Unforeseen Circumstances

A refund may be considered only in the case of a serious accident or exceptional unforeseen circumstance that clearly prevents the customer from collecting or using the purchased item. Any such request must:

• Be submitted in writing as soon as possible

• Include appropriate supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate or official proof)

• Be reviewed and approved at our sole discretion

Approval of any refund under this exception is not guaranteed.

Non-Collection

Failure to collect an item within the agreed pickup timeframe does not entitle the customer to a refund.
